£8.30 per hour

16 hours per week (primarily evenings and weekends)

The Marina Café, Lowestoft is currently on the lookout for talented individuals to join our happy, hardworking team.

We have a vacancy for a Café Supervisor; working evening and weekends is an essential and non-negotiable part of the role, as is flexibility.

We offer an exciting opportunity to work in the heart of Lowestoft in our wonderful theatre. Staff benefits and discounts are included.

The ideal applicant will have a positive attitude and a passion for food and hospitality.

Summary of Role

To Supervise the Café and the catering team. To ensure the efficient and safe operation of the food and beverage service in line with legal requirements including policies and procedures. To ensure customer’s needs are met and issues dealt with promptly and recorded for analysis and trends.

HOURS/DAYS: 16 Hours Per Week

REPORTING TO: Cafe Manager/Operations Manager/ Chief Executive

Join Our Box Office Team

BOX OFFICE ASSISTANT, MARINA THEATRE, LOWESTOFT

Minimum Wage – 16 hours a week (This can increase during busy periods)

The Marina Theatre, Lowestoft is looking for an dedicated and enthusiastic Box Office Assistant to help support the Box Office Supervisor and Team. 

Summary of Role: To ensure the efficient and safe operation of the Box Office Service in line with legal requirements including Data Protection laws, audit regulations and policies and procedures. To ensure customers’ needs are met and issues dealt with promptly and recorded for analysis and trends.

Due to the nature of the role you will be expected to be available for work on a rota basis 5 out of 7 days per week between 9.00am and 9.30pm including weekends.
