We Will Rock You is set around 300 years in the future. Earth, aka iPlanet, is under the control of a corporation run by Killer Queen, who forces all of the Ga Ga Kids to conform to and consume the same culture, fashion, and ideas.

But Galileo hears lyrics of lost songs in his dreams. He’s captured by the corporation’s police force, along with another rebel: goth Scaramouche.

Killer queen is worried about a prophecy that involves a “place of living rock.”

The rebels escape custody and join up with the Bohemians. Battles ensue between the two sides, while Galileo and Scaramouche fall in love.

Can they bring back rock music and freedom, and defeat Killer Queen?

Sunrise Samba

SUNRISE SAMBA – Lowestoft’s Community Samba Band

Fun | Expressive | Social

Open to all ages and experience levels, our community samba band is a great opportunity for a fun, social and expressive activity.  The band rehearses weekly on a Tuesday and takes part in a range of performances and events throughout the year. You may have seen them at the First Light Festival, Halloween at the Pier or Norwich Lord Mayor’s Procession.

The band started in April 2023.  It is lead by Marcus Patteson (Rabo de Foguete) an experienced local Samba tutor and carnivalist.  They play a range of traditional and contemporary grooves drawn from Brazilian (and other) carnival.  Sunrise Samba can also be booked for a range of events.  Contact us for a price.

No experience necessary and all instruments supplied.

Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.

Marina Monkeys

**Pre-booking is essential – spaces limited**

Join our wonderful facilitator, Judy, as she leads our Marina Monkey sessions. These weekly sessions are a fun way for under 5’s to explore creativity and imagination. They are interactive and made especially for small people and their adults to explore sound, stories, music, imaginative and sensory play.
