Welcome Page
We work hard on creating a venue which is a welcoming space for all of our customers, a place where everyone feels safe to enjoy the fantastic performances on our stage.
To help us to do this we ask you to:

Our primary goal is for you to have a fantastic time. Enjoy the performance, connect with friends, and make happy memories.

To ensure everyone enjoys their experience, please be considerate of others. We are an inclusive venue where people enjoy performances in different ways. Be mindful if you choose to dance, stand or sing so that you are not causing a disturbance to others. Blocking someone else's view is unfair, especially if that person is unable to stand.

Our staff and volunteers are here to help you have a great night. Please treat them with politeness and respect. Disruptive behaviour is not permitted and you may be asked to leave if you are behaving in such a manner. Please note that for safety reasons, dancing is unallowed in the Circle seating area and in the aisles of the Stalls. Please respect our staff if we politely ask you to follow these requirements.

Live events offer a unique shared experience. Please remember that performers can hear and see you. Be considerate of their hard work and those around you. Instead of focusing on recording, immerse yourself in the moment an create lasting memories by being present. Please do not take photos or videos unless the act on stage calls you to do so.
What you may see from us:

We have a responsibility to our customers, staff and volunteers to intervene when necessary to uphold a safe and respectful environment. Therefore, we may conduct bag checks for your security, or decline service of alcohol if behaviour is shown that is likely to disrupt the experience of others. We may ask to recheck tickets on re-entry into the building. In addition to the safety and security measures that you might see during your visit, we have additional measures in place that you won't see, such as CCTV in operation throughout the building, procedural reviews, staff briefings and training.

Despite our best efforts, unforeseen circumstances like delays or technical problems can occur. We are committed to managing these situations promptly and professionally so ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
While we have a lot of experience but we are always learning. Please do not hesitate to share any feedback on how we can make our venue even safer and more welcoming for you by emailing feedback@marinatheatre.co.uk
