Seating Plan Updates

We have now received our new post-redevelopment seating plan and have put some fantastic new shows on sale, including this one!

We are getting ready to begin contacting customers with unallocated tickets for the shows that have been on sale without this seating plan, but it is going to be a big task. We have over 4,000 customers to contact, so we ask that you please be patient with us and our Box Office team. We will be doing this one show at a time, and everyone will be contacted in chronological order.

Please note that we will not be able to assign you a seat if you call the Box Office, we will contact you when we reach your booking.

In the meantime, these shows can still be booked with unallocated seating.

We thank you for your patience during this very busy time and look forward to welcoming you back to our newly redeveloped theatre this October.

Big things are happening here at the Marina.

As you may have seen a redevelopment project has begun at the theatre which will incorporate, among other things, a change to the layout of some of the seating in the auditorium.  This is a big task, and we are currently awaiting an updated seating plan for the new layout. To be able to continue to put shows on sale for the Autumn/Winter 2025 Season, the way you purchase a seat for this event is different to what you’re used to. The booking page will ask you whether you would like Stalls or Circle seats and then will ask you how many seats you would like. Please then go through the booking process as normal. When we have received delivery of the new seating plan our Box Office Team will be in touch with you directly so that they can allocate you an actual seat.
