The Chase Star to headline August Marina Comedy Club

With Paul Sinha, Nick Elleray, Fiona Ridgewell and hosted by Matt Price!

‌‌Headlining the show is the one and only Paul Sinha! A trained medical doctor who is perhaps best known as the Sinnerman on the hugely popular ITV quiz show ‘The Chase’, Paul has played every major comedy club in the UK, performed in eighteen other countries across the globe, and been three times nominated for Best Club Comedian at the Chortle Awards, winning in 2014.

Paul has taken eight solo shows to the Edinburgh Fringe. His 2017 show Shout Out To My Ex had a sellout run and toured nationally, with 2018’s The Two Ages Of Man following suit. On Radio 4, Paul has appeared several times on venerable favourites Just A Minute, The Now Show, and The News Quiz; and has carved out a career in factual comedy — making programmes on cricket, the 2012 Olympics, the Magna Carta, and UK citizenship.

Opening the show is Nick Elleray! Originally from Australia, Nick, known for his wickedly dry humour and wry persona, has been bringing the mellow thunder to the UK comedy circuit since 2011.

Nick was a finalist in the NATY new talent competition, Leicester Square New Comedian of the Year Award and the Up The Creek One To Watch Competition among others.

With award-winning comic Fiona Ridgewell! Nominee for the Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year 2024 and winner of the Edinburgh-ish comedy award for best debut show from a pool of 670 comedy shows at the Edinburgh Fringe 2023. Fiona was nominated for the best debut show at Leicester Comedy Festival 2020 and a Funny Women 2020 finalist.
