The Next Stagers theatre group is run for and by people over 50.
It is designed to give members a chance to meet and discuss theatre and arts subjects, read plays and even rehearse and stage them. We are really keen to encourage members to take ownership of the group and to help develop it into something unique and exciting. No previous theatre experience necessary and newcomers are always welcome!
The weekly sessions take place on Wednesday’s from 10.30am, at the Marina Theatre.
Next Stagers members will also have access to specially discounted tickets and workshops throughout the year.
The group staged their debut production in December, with their own pantomime production named ‘Cinderfella’.
