On Film Evenings: Open 1 hour before the scheduled film start time
Sundays: Open two hours before the scheduled start time of a live event.
Sunday Film Screenings: Open 1 hour before the scheduled film start time

All telephone credit/debit card transactions are subject to a 50p per ticket charge.

Please send full details of the booking (Show/Date/Time/Number of tickets required/If any concessions apply), accompanied with a cheque for the correct amount to the address above. Please remember to include a stamped self-addressed envelope for the return of your tickets. We will book the best available seats we have at the time.
Cheques
Please make cheques payable to WAVENEY DISTRICT COUNCIL, making sure to enter the show name, date and time, as well as your address, guarantee number and expiry date on the reverse.
Reservations
Call our box office to reserve your tickets on 01502 533200.
Tickets will be held for 3 working days, but all reservations must be paid for 48 hours prior to the performance. Tickets which remain unpaid, will be released for sale.
Answerphone:
During busy periods you may get our answering service. Please leave you name and telephone number, our box office staff will return your call as soon as possible
Groups:
Group discounts are available on most shows.
Please contact the box office for further information on your chosen show.
Exchanges/Refunds:
Exchanges can only be made for another day of the same performance (when the performance runs for more than 1 day) for the same value and are subject to a £2 per ticket exchange fee. We are unable to process refunds under any circumstances (unless the show has been cancelled/postponed).
Access and Facilities:
Automatic front doors with flat floor access leads to wheelchair accessible toilet facilities and the auditorium. Please inform the box office at the time of booking if anyone in your party will be attending the theatre in a wheelchair or will be accompanied by a guide dog. Please ask any of our theatre stewards if you would like to arrange an interval drinks order to be brought downstairs from the bar for you. A limited number of disabled parking bays are located outside the theatre on Marina road. A loop system for the hard of hearing is available in the auditorium.
Gallery Bar and Coffee Shop:
The Gallery licensed bar is open on show nights from 6.30pm and is the perfect place to meet your friends for pre show, interval or after show drinks. Interval drinks may be pre-ordered from the Gallery Bar. Please note that due to licensing regulations only soft drinks are allowed in the auditorium at any time.
Theatre Shop:
The Theatre Shop situated at the entrance foyer, stocks a wide range of competitively priced confectionery and soft drinks. Please note that only refreshments purchased on the premises may be consumed on the premises. Merchandise is often available from the stand located in the side foyer on the ground floor.
Film:
The Marina boasts one of the largest cinema screens in the area, as well as a full Dolby stereo sound system.
How to find us:
The main entrance is on the road named Marina, off of Battery Green Road. The pedestrian entrance at the other end of Marina opens off the main London Road North precinct, opposite the entrance to BHS.
Car Parking:
After 6pm, parking is free in the car parks situated in either Clapham Road South (opposite the library) or Whapload Road (opposite John Grose). Battery Green Road (formerly Somerfield) multi storey is open during the day but will only be open in the evenings on major events (Please check with the box office) When open it will also be free to theatre patrons after 6.30pm. Please retain your theatre tickets, as you may need to show these on exit. *Details correct at time of going to press.

Under the Data Protection Act (1998) The Marina Theatre cannot retain your name, address or any other information about you without your explicit consent. When you book tickets please be prepared to respond positively to Statement 1 in order for us to keep in touch with you.

Conditions of Ticket Sale
TICKETS MAY NOT BE EXCHANGED NOR MONEY REFUNDED
The Management reserves the right in combination with any other statements or directives which may be shown on the ticket or as displayed on the premises to:
refuse admission of the ticket holder to the premises
refuse entry of and use on the premises of any camera or any form of audio or visual recording equipment
request the ticket holder to leave the premises and to take any appropriate measure to enforce such a request
delay entry of latecomers until a suitable break or interval of the performance/event
make any change whatsoever in the performance/event owing to any unforeseen or unavoidable cause
cancel or abort the performance/event for reasons beyond its control without notice and without being liable to pay any person any compensation or damage whatsoever other than at the managements discretion, a possible percentage or maximum refund to the ticketholder of the value of the ticket.
Live show concession rates apply to:
Over 60s, Under 16s, ES40 holders, Equity members and Student Card Holders.
Film concession rates apply to:
Over 60s and children aged 14 and under only.
